It is important to keep the warmer clean after every use. Here are some tips on keeping your unit clean:
- Here are a few tips on how to clean the warmer itself:
- Allow any wax that got onto the warmer to harden. Use a clean, dry paper towel to wipe this off. Throw away the paper towel. If the wax is hard it should come right off the warmer.
- Use a very small amount of the after-care oil on a cotton ball to wipe off any dried wax on the outside of the warmer. Use a clean paper towel to wipe off the oil after the wax has been removed.
- Do Not use the warmer without the silicone bowl.
- To clean the silicone bowl allow any remaining wax to harden. Any unused wax can be warmed and used again. Pop the hardened wax from the bowl and store this in a container free from dust and contaminants. Wash the silicone bowl with soap and water. Allow this to completely dry. DO NOT place the bowl in the dishwasher or microwave.
